I have a very strong, very excitable German Shepherd. Somehow when Steph walks him, he walks to heel like a perfect angel. I've watched to try and learn this magic trick, and I've definitely learned a lot! But she seems to have a natural skill with animals that simply can't be taught. She uses force free methods, and her home made treats, and honestly, my dog would do anything for her. She's the only person I would trust to walk my dog, and be completely confident he will always be 100% safe and happy in her hands.
Stephanie regularly takes my dogs out for walks or training . She is extremely trustworthy. responsible and safety aware when my pets are in her care and highly recommend her. My dogs love her to bits which is a testament in itself.

Steph clearly loves all shapes and sizes of dogs. She even bakes her own homemade liver treats for training or walkies. She is friendly, reliable and punctual to collect Teddy. Also checks he is ok to travel in rear of car without a crate (which he is. He just sits down.) Teddy loves his extra walkies with Steph.

Stephanie is a great help with my little cocker spaniel ‘gizmo’ who is very nervous. Gizmo runs to the door to meet Steph and craves her attention whenever she is around. Her walks are great stimulation for her as she doesn’t socialise with other dogs or play with toys, so it is important that she goes on walks with plenty to sniff and lots of treats of course.

I’ve only known Stephanie C for just over a week and in that time I feel I’ve known her for a lot longer, she is a wonderful person and I trust her completely with my dog, at the moment my husband is in hospital and Stephanie has been a great help to me and my German Shepherd called Buddy, he is having a great time with long walks and Stephanie’s home made liver cake, she is so caring Buddy has taken a real liking to her, I would highly recommend her to anyone who has difficulty looking after their dogs while they are out at work or they are poorly. She is the most pleasant person to know and I just can’t praise her enough she’s came into our lives and Our Buddy loves her like a family member He’s a big strong dog that Stephanie (Steph) can do anything with.

Steph used to walk my greyhounds before moving out of Warrington. They were always well taken care of, tuckered out and happy. It can be hard finding someone to trust with 4 dogs, but I had no worries leaving them in her hands. She always checked if there were any training needs to be kept on top of, and never let them off lead unless it was safe, and had my consent. 5*

I am an over protective dog mum. I know I am, but when you own two very fast dogs who have been bred to chase (Lurchers), but who also have the capabilities of Houdini, you do tend to become that way. When an operation rendered me unable to take them to their favourite enclosed field for a run, there was only one local dog walker I was prepared to trust with them. Having walked my dogs with hers previously I knew that she would be more than capable of keeping the boys safe and that my wishes for safety measures would not be ignored. They have returned, along with their little Frenchie cousin who is convinced she is a lurcher, all safe and happy, and at present the only sound is the noise of them all snoring!! I would certainly recommend Stephanie to anyone who might need a dog walker.

Steph has a vast amount of experience with all types of dogs and she is seriously over qualified to take my old boy for a little walk.
I would highly recommend Steph and Mutt Strut to anyone who is looking for a dog walker/trainer in the local area.

Steph has been absolutely amazing with our German Shepherd Shelby, he is lead reactive with other dogs and sometimes people, so we are very careful where we take him so he ends up not getting the best of walks but Steph has come along and spent time with him doing bits of training while walking him and he's coming on leaps and bounds, she has got him walking past other dogs on his lead so much calmer than before, Shelby loves her and really enjoys his walks with her and now hes getting the best walks! She will always try and be flexible where she can and help us when we need her. Steph has been a godsend for us.

Steph has only been walking our boy for a short time but he shakes with excitement when he sees her walk up the drive - it’s so cute! The walks Steph takes our boy on gives him mental and physical stimulation and he’s always knackered afterwards! Steph always sends photos and videos of our boy after his walks - always the most adorable photos. The boy LOVES her homemade treats too!!! I’d 100% recommend Steph - it took us a while to find her but we are so glad we did! She’s just amazing with our lad!

Steph is just amazing. From the moment my dog met her he just loved her, always has a fantastic time when she takes him out and comes back a happy, content and tired doggy. She has an amazing way with dogs and they respond really well to her, she also clearly has skills in training including with behavioural issues. Geordie adores her! I swear he has a better time with her than he does with me! Geordie just has the BEST time when out with her, it's lovely to see on the pictures and videos she sends me from their walks. She is flexible and reliable which really is priceless. She is honest, reliable and flexible. Highly recommended dog walker. Thank you Steph!

Steph has been walking Shelby my German Shepherd for about a month now and wow what an amazing job she is doing, Shelby is reactive on a lead and the improvements have been brilliant. Steph did a training walk with me and Shelby and it gave me so much confidence that the very same day I took him for a walk on my own (which I never do) she explained how to be with him while walking him and explained everything we were doing and why we were doing it and also taught me what not to do. I have booked another training walk with Steph to help me gain more confidence! Steph your doing an amazing job.

We were looking for someone calm but firm for our crossbreed Jessie, typical fiesty terrier she can be abit funny with people who dont know what they are doing and not to keen on other dogs so we were looking for a solo walker. Steph ticked all the boxes and within 10 minutes of her meet and greet im sure she will agree she had a new friend with Jessie.Steph is fabulous with her and certainly knows what shes doing cant recommend her enough and you can see how much she loves her job.

I booked Steph for a 1-2-1 training session for help with my 6 month old Patterdale who has an issue with lead walking. From the word go he was totally in love with her. Steph was calm, patient and positive with him. Her training is very professional and comes from a a kind loving place. Steph sent an email later that day detailing her findings from the session, she also sent links with tools for me to purchase to help with ongoing owner training. I highly recommend Steph and I’m sure my pup would too.

I honestly can't recommend Steph highly enough. She is incredibly patient and clearly passionate in her love for dogs. She has an understanding of canine behaviour which is most impressive and she explains it to you, the owner, which makes your training so much easier. My dog is very nervous and mistrusting of strangers but Steph's patience and gentle nature is definitely winning him over! He is also very reactive and being a large, strong dog not many people would take him on. Steph had no hesitation. She is confident and reassuring, which is exactly what my dog needs. I have absolute faith in Steph and would recommend her 100%.

Steph has only been walking our puppy for 2 weeks and I already have no idea what I would do without her! I have come to learn that dogs are excellent judges of character and Luna absolutely loves Steph so that tells me all I need to know! We have had dogs before but never a puppy so Steph’s helpful advice and tips are invaluable. She has a real gift and clearly cares deeply about dogs so I am completely happy leaving Luna in her care and could not recommend her highly enough!

Our little Millie is so fussy with what she eats and have thrown so many shop bought biscuits and treats away. Then I was told about Stephs home made biscuits from Mutt Strut. Millie can't get enough of them and is being rationed!!! The salmon treats smell good enough for me to eat!!! I would highly recommend.
