Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet started.

If you cancel within this 14-day period and the service has not commenced, you will receive a full refund.

Services Starting Within the 14-Day Period

​

If you request that a service begins within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that:

Once the service has started (for example, following an online preliminary assessment, initial session, on-boarding, or provision of a written plan), your right to cancel may be lost or reduced.

Any work already carried out will be chargeable.

​

This applies to all training sessions, behaviour assessments, and programmes.

Cancellation After the Service Has Started

​

Once a service or programme has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Behaviour assessments

• Behaviour support programmes

• Coaching packages

• Done-for-you training services

This is because time, expertise, planning, and preparation are committed from the outset.

​

Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

Individual sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

​

Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

​

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a cancellation and may not be re-booked.

Payment Plans & Klarna

​

Where payment is made via Klarna, the above cancellation terms still apply.

Klarna payments are only marked as fulfilled once the service has commenced.

Any refunds due will be processed in accordance with this policy and Klarna’s procedures.

Klarna fees are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

​

In rare and exceptional circumstances, cancellations may be reviewed at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Cancel

​

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

​

The date the cancellation is received will be used to determine eligibility under this policy.
