Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

Mutt Strut Dog Training & Behaviour provides dog training, behaviour support, and related services.

2. Services

​

Services include (but are not limited to) 1-2-1 training sessions, behaviour assessments, structured behaviour support programmes, puppy training, and done-for-you training services.

Services may be delivered in person, over multiple sessions, and over varying time frames depending on the programme booked.

3. Bookings

​

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
By booking a service, you confirm that you are legally responsible for the dog and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Payments

​

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

​

Where Klarna is selected at checkout, payments are processed in accordance with Klarna’s terms. Klarna orders are only marked as fulfilled once the service has commenced or been delivered, in line with Klarna’s requirements.

5. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

​

In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet started.

If you request that a service begins w

within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service has commenced.

​

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

​

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, may result in the session being forfeited.

Behaviour support programmes and packages are non-refundable once commenced.

​

7. Refunds

​

Refunds are only available where required by law or where a service has not yet begun and cancellation is made within the cooling-off period.

​

No refunds are issued for services already delivered or partially completed.

​

8. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their dog is healthy, suitably vaccinated, and safe to participate

  • Following guidance provided between sessions

  • Managing their dog safely during and outside of sessions

 

Progress cannot be guaranteed, as behaviour change depends on many factors including consistency, environment, and individual dog needs.

9. Liability

​

While every effort is made to provide services safely and professionally, Mutt Strut Dog Training & Behaviour cannot be held liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow advice or from circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

​

10. Changes to Services

​

Services, pricing, and programme structures may be updated from time to time. Existing bookings will always be honoured as agreed at the time of booking.

11. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
