Where are you based and what areas do you cover?
I am based in Frodsham and cover surrounding areas in Cheshire. Trainer-led walks are offered in Frodsham only.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. Online sessions can be effective for certain cases and may be recommended where appropriate.
What are your prices?
​All prices are clearly listed in the relevant services section of the website. This allows you to review options at your own pace and choose the service that best suits your dog’s needs. If you are unsure which service is most appropriate, guidance is always available before booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are not accepted. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This policy allows time to manage schedules fairly and ensures availability can be offered to other clients where possible.
What vaccinations or health requirements are needed?
For the health and safety of all dogs using the training field, dogs must be fully vaccinated and kept up to date with flea and worming treatments. This helps protect your dog as well as others attending training and walks.
Do you work alongside vets or other professionals?
Yes, absolutely. I regularly work alongside veterinarians and other qualified professionals where appropriate. Collaborative working ensures dogs receive well-rounded, ethical, and effective support, particularly in more complex behaviour cases.
